The Law Office of Joseph B. Caraccio has not been taking new cases or updating this website. I took a position at the non-profit organization Immigration Legal Services of Long Island ("ILSOLI"). With the historic number of refugees arriving in the United States seeking asylum I've been able to help so many people. The numbers are still on the rise, so I'm still there. Things may very well be changing with an election only a few months away.
