Joseph B. Caraccio

With over 13 years of exclusive dedication to immigration law, Joseph Caraccio brings a wealth of high-stakes experience and community-focused advocacy to his practice. Joseph founded his Bay Shore firm in December 2025, following a career built in New York City’s most prominent immigration firms and leadership roles within the non-profit sector.

Joseph’s career is defined by a legacy of specialized advocacy.  Since graduating from New York Law School in 2012, he has handled hundreds of diverse immigration matters. His professional journey includes eight years at two elite Manhattan immigration firms, honing his skills in complex litigation and filing strategies. Three years as the Supervising Attorney for a non-profit organization providing legal services to the immigrant community on Long Island, where he managed legal services for the region’s most vulnerable populations.
