EOIR has revised the Immigration Court Practice Manual. The latest version of the practice manual can be found here.

The new practice manual has a Table of Changes, if you already have a recent copy in print and are interested in printing the changes.

The changes are mostly updated information and technical changes though there are new rules about multiple appearances and the EOIR online portal.
