USCIS has made what they refer to as a modest increase of 8% or $45 to the filing fees of most USCIS documents. The new fee schedule actually took effect on December 23, 2016, according to the Federal Registrar. Anything filed after that December 24, 2016, will be rejected unless it included the new filing fee.
Biometrics fee remains $85.
