This year’s report studies the challenges and uncertainties encountered by USCIS and individuals seeking to acquire and maintain their legal immigration status during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report examines those impacts and underscores the importance of continuing to build upon the many changes already implemented.

Total EB Visas Available for 2021
262,000 EB visas available in total for 2021.
The estimated number of Green Cards to be issued is 130,000-160,000.
130,000 is 95% of the EB Quota.
The total number of EB Visas in FY 2022 the anticipated to be 290,000.
AUGUST 2021 VISA BULLETIN
The August 2021 visa bulletin states that employment-based dates will have no retrogression until September 2022.
More than 290,000 green cards will be available in October 2021.
