Joseph Caraccio graduated from New York Law School in May 2012 with a Juris Doctor and public interest certificate for showing a dedication to public interest through volunteer work such as volunteering with the Unemployment Action Center, mentoring and teaching students through the Street Law program, volunteering with the Safe Passage Project to assist unaccompanied minor children in immigration removal proceedings.
After law school Joseph worked as an associate attorney in the removal department J at the law firm of Pollack, Pollack, Isaac, & DeCicco, LLP in downtown Manhattan from 2012 - 2018. In 2018 the Law Office of Joseph B. Caraccio was started. In June 2021 Joseph took a position as an associate attorney at Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. until taking a position as the Supervising Attorney at Immigration Legal Services of Long Island in June 2022.
